The President of Middle East University, Prof. Salam Khalid Al-Mahadeein, presided over the graduation ceremony of a new cohort of students of training diploma programmes in three disciplines, namely the Diploma in Airport Management and Aviation Sciences, the Diploma in Medical Records and the Diploma in Hybrid Vehicles.
The training diploma courses, which were organised by the University’s Consultancy, Training and Languages Centre in collaboration with the Gulf Innovation Academy, were attended by the media figure, Lana Al Kassous.
These programmes provided thirty male and female graduates with the opportunity to represent a model of practical empowerment, professional qualification, and vital interaction with the requirements of the productive and service sectors.
The Director of the centre, Prof. Anis Al-Mansour, said that these training programmes represent an advanced model in building bridges between academic knowledge and practical application through an integrated system based on modern training approaches that take into account the technical and knowledge developments in the work environment and seek, in parallel, to promote the concepts of specialisation, skill and empowerment.
Therefore, through these partnerships, the university seeks to make a sustainable impact on the structure of the labour market and improve the quality of human capital in line with the ambitions of comprehensive development.
