Students from the “Selected Topics in Pharmacy” course at Middle East University organised a scientific and awareness-raising visit to the people of Madaba at the Jordan Engineers Association headquarters, under the supervision of lecturer Ali Salameh and with the participation of Dr. Dima Saeed.
The visit focused on providing specialised scientific guidance to raise the level of pharmaceutical health awareness among residents, with students explaining basic concepts related to the optimal use of medicines, potential drug interactions, and the importance of adhering to the doses prescribed by specialists.
Individual pharmaceutical consultations were offered to participants, giving them the opportunity to discuss their health issues with students under the supervision of professionals, with the aim of promoting community interaction and applying academic knowledge in real-life contexts that contribute to improving the quality of healthy living.
