A delegation from Middle East University, representing the Student Parliament, participated in a panel discussion titled “Community Peace and Political Modernisation: Twin Pillars of a Strong Jordan”, hosted by the German-Jordanian University.
In essence, the panel discussion provided an intellectual and communicative platform for Jordanian university students, fostering a culture of responsible debate while deepening awareness of community peace as a cornerstone of state stability and national cohesion. Alongside this, the event highlighted the pivotal role of university youth in the political modernisation process, encouraging their informed and active engagement in national affairs.
On behalf of Middle East University, the Student Parliament delegation comprised Ahmad Othman Al-Subteen from the Faculty of Law, Ali Basheer Al-Aqrabawi from the Faculty of Business, and Rand Mohammad Al-Hadeed from the Faculty of Pharmacy.
Above all, this participation aligns with Middle East University’s commitment to empowering its students, expanding their presence at national events and dialogues, and cultivating their practical leadership capabilities.
