In recognition of their contributions, Middle East University hosted an appreciation event, honouring several members of its academic and administrative staff. These individuals have been instrumental in elevating the university’s standing and fostering its development.

During the ceremony, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Ahmad Nasereddin, expressed his pride in the employees who have contributed to the university’s success over the past years. He confirmed that the university is continuously striving to improve its performance and consolidate its position as a leading and influential institution within its academic and community spheres.
Dr. Nasereddin further clarified that the university’s strategic vision is grounded in a commitment to investing in its human capital, emphasising that its sustained achievements are the result of comprehensive planning processes that are characterised by perseverance and a receptiveness to future opportunities and challenges.
In her address, the President of the University, Professor Salam Al-Mahadin, articulated that the evening event served as a testament to the profound sense of loyalty and profound appreciation for all those who have dedicated themselves to the university’s service. She emphasised that the spirit of a unified team, encompassing both its academic and administrative family, is the foundation of MEU’s success.
She further noted that the university has successfully fulfilled its capacity requirements for academic programmes this year, highlighting that its newly designed programmes have been crafted to align with labour market trends and to enhance employment prospects for its graduates.
In a previous announcement, the university revealed its intention to offer scholarships to secondary school students who demonstrate high academic achievement, as well as those who excel in extracurricular activities that showcase their creativity.
It is noteworthy that the university recently inaugurated the Technical College, which has attracted significant interest in its specialisations due to its provision of a suite of innovative, market-driven specialist programmes designed to address the demands of the job market and keep pace with modern technological advancements.
