Middle East University participated in a high-level meeting convened by the Parliamentary Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Committee. The session aimed to evaluate the current landscape of information technology specialisations and their strategic alignment with the evolving requirements of the labour market.
Representing the institution, Profe. Qusay Shambour, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, joined deans from both public and private universities. This engagement underscores the university’s commitment to national trends in digital transformation and the reinforcement of the educational ecosystem.
In tandem with these national objectives, the university’s involvement supported Jordan’s status as a regional hub for the knowledge economy. It further highlighted the institution’s role in cultivating a cohort of technical professionals capable of global competition and innovation.
