AMMAN – The Department of Information Technology at Middle East University launched a new University website (meu.edu.jo), in both Arabic and English. With its modern design, MEU’s new website is now up to date with the latest technological developments.
Prof. Mohammad Al Hileh, the University’s President, said, “The website serves MEU’s vision and mission, and gives the MEU community easy access to the necessary academic and administrative services. The website is now capable of supporting all procedures and work carried out by both the academic and administrative staff.”
Eng. Ra’ed Al Lahham, the Director of the Department of Information and Technology, remarked, “The website is designed with an easily understandable user interface that provides our end-users with search tools and an easy browsing experience. All of the University’s important information, including details about its faculties, deanships, and services, are organised to facilitate the most comfortable user experience possible.”
He added, “The website is an interactive platform that connects the University with prospective students and other local and foreign institutions.”
Mr. Jehad Qaza’er, the website supervisor, commented, “The website also offers a platform for MEU to publish articles reporting on all its latest news and achievements. Thanks to our technical team’s expert skills, we have designed a secure website that will be safe for all to use. We always welcome any feedback and look forward to hearing about how we can improve our services.”
