Middle East University has secured the top position among Jordanian universities in the number of Saudi students honoured by the Saudi Cultural Attaché in Jordan. The recognition took place during a ceremony celebrating outstanding students and distinguished graduates for the 2025–2026 academic year, held under the patronage of His Highness Prince Mansour bin Khalid bin Farhan Al Saud, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Demonstrating exceptional academic prowess, MEU recorded a prominent presence on the honour roll with nine distinguished students—the highest tally among all participating Jordanian institutions. This group comprised seven undergraduate students and two postgraduate master’s candidates.
Highlighting the strength of its healthcare education, the undergraduate cohort featured seven students from the Faculty of Nursing, namely Nadia Bint Eid Al-Ruwaili, Shahad Bint Bleybes Al-Ruwaili, Amal Bint Attallah Al-Sharari, Renad Bint Karim Al-Ruwaili, Ahmad Bin Murshed Al-Harbi, Sawsan Bint Muhammad Al-Kuwaikbi, and Samer Bin Fawaz Al-Faiheeqi.
Furthermore, the postgraduate honours list included Muqbel Bin Nemr Al-Khaldi from the Master of Public Law programme, alongside Reem Bint Subhi Al-Barhoumi from the Master of Media programme.
