
The Deans’ Council at Middle East University has decided to promote Dr. Ma’moun Ahmad Rashed Al-Hunaity to the rank of Full Professor within the Faculty of Law.
Dr. Al-Hunaity holds a PhD in private law and a master’s degree in private law, both from Amman Arab University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in law from Al-Isra University.
He currently serves as the Coordinator of the Private Law Department at the Faculty of Law, Middle East University. Previous administrative and academic posts at the university include Dean of Student Affairs, Head of the Private Law Department, and Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Law.
Furthermore, Dr. Al-Hunaity has professional experience in the field of law, having worked as a legal consultant for a number of official institutions in Jordan, including the Ministry of Interior and the Greater Amman Municipality.
As for publications, Dr. Al-Hunaity possesses an extensive research record, comprising numerous research papers published in accredited local and international peer-reviewed academic journals across the fields of civil law, commercial law, cybersecurity, and e-commerce. Moreover, he has participated in a number of specialised academic conferences, both within Jordan and internationally.
