Middle East University continues to implement high-calibre initiatives designed to cultivate competencies capable of navigating the rapid transformations within the digital environment and the innovation economy.
In this matter, the Department of Architecture within the Faculty of Engineering and Design—in collaboration with the Crown Prince Foundation—organized a specialised workshop entitled “An Introduction to 3D Printing.” The session examined the technical and operational dimensions of this technology, positioning it as a pivotal pillar of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Parallel to these efforts, the Centre for Innovation and Professional Development convened a workshop titled “Launching Your Startup with AI Support”. This initiative focused on the strategic deployment of intelligent technologies in the development of entrepreneurial ventures. By leveraging artificial intelligence tools to analyse concepts and craft innovative solutions, the programme aimed to empower students to construct more resilient and efficient business models, thereby bridging the gap between academic theory and modern market demands.
