The Faculty of Information Technology at Middle East University (MEU) hosted its annual alumni forum for the 2025–2026 academic year. This initiative was driven by the university’s keenness to celebrate graduate success and highlight the diverse professional trajectories of its former students.
In light of this objective, the forum was held under the patronage of the President of the University, Professor Salam Al-Mahadin. The event drew a significant audience, including the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Qusay Shambour, fellow faculty deans, distinguished alumni, and representatives from partner organisations, alongside members of the academic staff and current students.
Building on the momentum of these discussions, the event featured an exhibition of student-led projects. This showcase was designed specifically to foster student employability and facilitate direct engagement with the labour market. Consequently, the university aims to solidify strategic partnerships with public and private sector institutions, thereby contributing to national capacity-building and development.
As a result of these successful interactions, the proceedings concluded with a formal ceremony. This final event served to honour outstanding students and acknowledge the vital role played by participating partner companies in the faculty’s ongoing mission.
