Middle East University participated in the Jordanian Universities Handball Championship, organised by the Jordanian Universities Sports Federation in collaboration with the Jordanian Handball Federation, which witnessed the involvement of several public and private universities.
The university team’s participation comes as part of the Sports Activity Division’s commitment within the Deanship of Student Affairs to instil the values of positive competition among students, develop their athletic skills, and encourage their active involvement in university activities. These activities contribute to building an integrated personality and strengthening belonging to the academic institution.
The Dean of Student Affairs expressed his pride in the team’s performance and the high level of discipline and sportsmanship demonstrated by the players. He emphasised that such championships are a crucial opportunity to strengthen cooperation between Jordanian universities and exchange expertise in the sports field.
The championship is being held from the 11th until November 20, 2025 and is witnessing strong competition among the participating teams in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and cooperation. This contributes to establishing a culture of sports and social responsibility within the university campus.
