Psychological Guidance and Services Office

  • General Objective To provide psychological and social support to students and university affiliates with the aim of promoting their mental health, assisting students in adapting to the university environment, and achieving psychological well-being.

    Services provided by the office

    • Individual and group psychological counselling, providing assistance to students suffering from psychological or social difficulties, and addressing cases of anxiety, depression, tension, lack of self-confidence, and other psychological problems.
    • Psychological awareness, organising group guidance workshops on life skills such as emotional intelligence, effective communication skills, and stress management, to prepare the student psychologically and achieve psychological equilibrium.
    • Follow-up of cases to ensure the continuity of psychological support.
    • Collaboration with local community institutions to promote the culture of psychological counselling, social integration, and enhancing students’ awareness, along with implementing activities that foster psychological well-being.
